When Leaders Aren’t Ready to Stop Growing

I have two XCore groups that have completed a year together. As we approached the end of the first year, I started hearing the same question again and again: “What’s next?”
I started building out a second year of the program, not as a marketing move, but as a response to real transformation.
Because when you spend a year building trust, growing self-awareness, and strengthening leadership habits…
You’re not ready to stop.
You’re ready to go deeper.
Most leadership programs give you a firehose of content in a short amount of time. We do the opposite.
We say “transformation over information.”
In XCore, the content is a catalyst for conversation, dialogue that builds trust, sparks insight, and leads to actual behavior change.
Add to that the power of long-term peer connection, and the result is something far more powerful than a single workshop or course.
One of the pieces I’m most proud of is our action planning rhythm. Every session ends with reflection, clarity, and a real plan, because knowing something isn’t the same as doing it.
This year, we’ve been talking a lot about trust and influence—because many leaders are navigating environments where trust is low and skepticism is high.
And the truth is:
You can’t give what you haven’t internalized.
That’s why everything we do in XCore is about helping leaders become healthy, grounded, and intentional—so they can build the same kind of culture around them.

I’m so grateful to walk with these leaders for a second year. And I can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
