People don’t resist change
They resist uncertainty. Every change initiative stirs up fear, confusion, and doubt. Your role as a leader is to make the unknown a little more known. Communicate early, often, and honestly. Show people where you’re going, why it matters, and how you’ll get there together. Change doesn’t require perfection. It requires clarity and trust.
