Are You Brave Enough to Discover Your True Leadership Impact?

One of the most transformative leadership questions I’ve ever encountered is this:

“What’s it like to be on the other side of me?”

The first time I really sat with that question, I didn’t love the answer.

I saw where I was holding back.

I saw where I was trying to control.

I saw where my best intentions didn’t always land the way I thought they did.

It was humbling, but also freeing.

Because once I understood how I was showing up, I could start leading with greater clarity, empathy, and consistency.

That’s what self-awareness does. It turns unconscious patterns into intentional presence.

In the 5 Voices framework, we teach leaders to understand how their voice impacts others, not just how it feels to them. That shift is everything.
